Associazione Amici Per Sandrà (APS), that takes the role of lead partner for this project and will cooperate
with APS for its correct and smooth implementation. APS has decided to take the lead role because of its expertise in involving and activating young people on the territory, organizing activities dedicated to the local communities living on the shores of Garda Lake. Its knowledge and experience of the needs and demands of the area will be of fundamental importance to engage the set target groups and deliver the expected results. APS is a cultural organization active in the fields of cultural promotion, community engagement and educational activities involving schools and informal groups of young people. It mainly organizes events for the promotion of local cultural activities (culinary traditions, leisure activities for the community, visits and guided tours to local facilities and cultural spots), events for environmental educations (environmental clean-ups, education in schools, promotion of sustainable lifestyles) and it cooperates with the municipality in the occasion of municipal bigger cultural and touristic events.

Associazione Amici Per Sandra is a highly valuable partner for YMCA: it will be in charge of assisting the lead partner by providing all the relevant information in due time; it will organize and manage its assigned activities (events) and contribute to the communication campaign and the online content. Its
expertise in promoting sustainable development and environmental education will be of great relevance in this proposal, as it will organize and coordinate important workshops and best practices exchange sessions, dedicated both to partners’ representatives and local and international young people. Its strong expertise in project management will also highly contribute to reaching project objectives, in cooperation with the other partners. Its extensive network of partners, local and international stakeholders, and
contacts at the European and international levels will increase the impact of this project, contributing to the dissemination of its results.
